**Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager for Musician**

**Position: 6-Month Contract, Full-Time**

**Location: Toronto**

We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager for the artist, ECHLO.

Are you a music fan, lover of the arts? Interested in dedicating yourself to one brand, one project, and being able to use your ingenuity, imagination, and creativity to tell an engaging story that exponentially increases social media numbers which turn into streams.

We need someone who is creative and obsessed with social media, who finds it fun to ferociously work on building the brand of ECHLO.

We are only interested in someone who really digs the music, the story, and the person behind ECHLO (AKA Chloe Charles). We want someone on the team who really believes in what we are doing.

**We need someone who is**:

- Creative with storytelling, and has a way with words.
- Is good at capturing the right moment and angle for a great pic, or video and piecing it together to tell the right story.
- explores and seeks opportunity to expand brand in creatives ways and spaces (Tik tok, reels, stories)
- lives and breaths social and keeps a finger on the pulse for latest trends
- Is bored by 9-5 and happy to move around.

**Success Checklist**:

- A recent grad of Digital Marketing program.
- Is proficient in Social Media Management working on Social Media and Influencer projects, creating + curating content, strategy, copywriting, scheduling, partnerships sourcing and management, reporting
- Some experience sourcing and managing Influencer partnerships from campaign ideation to completion
- In-depth knowledge of all major Social Media networks: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat
- Strong copywriting/caption writing/blog writing skills + writing experience
- Comfortable to create and execute paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads)
- Impeccable attention to detail and grammar
- Strong customer service skills
- Love for analytics
- A genuine passion for Social Media
- Are familiar with project management software (We use Zulip)
- Bonus points if you:

- Have Photoshop/Lightroom (photo editing) and/or Final Cut Pro/Premier (video editing) skills

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Oversee the development and execution of a high-performing Social Media strategy for ECHLO
- Content planning and creation, copywriting, scheduling, and posting for the ECHLO's social media platforms
- Community Management social channels, including targeted interactions, general engagement, responding to comments
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across all client and agency marketing materials
- Compile data and write reports
- Stay up to date on all things happening in the Social Media world
