**General description**

The Compliance Policy LatAm Analyst perform various functions, which primarily involves providing analytic and technical information necessary to expand, modernize, automate, innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to solve business problems, also provides information for decision making.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing data expertise and technical analysis support to Qualified Partner Network (QPN) for Latam and Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP) in Mexico.
- Ownership of the organization’s data analytics and reporting to empower Compliance Policy Team and guide business decisions.
- Providing support in the creation of detailed analytical models by providing expert opinion related to the integration and processing of data relevant to the business.
- Analysing business process and discrepant data scenarios.
- High level advanced triage support to stakeholders, business partners, and product teams in managing specific issue resolution activities.
- Performing quantitative analysis of complex business situations, such as strategies, performance, and solutions involving sales and customer performance.
- Providing brainstorming with the project manager and teams on approaches or solutions to a business problem.
- Suggesting solutions for moderate to complex sales/customer opportunities and internal processes, as well as overseeing cross-departmental projects as needed.
- Provide innovative analytical insights.
- Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new feature.
- Perform various data analytics using statistical models or tools.
- Provide data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks.
- Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization.

**Requirements**:
1. **Experience**: 2 years of experience with Analytics.

2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Data Science.

3. **Knowledge**: Business, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence.

4. Familiarity with BI reporting tools (i.e. Tableau and Business Objects).

5. Experience working within process management and improvement methodologies and demonstrating knowledge of data governance.

6. Understanding of Agile development methodologies, software design patterns, network design and architecture.

7. **Stress Management**: The recourse must be able to work well under pressure and achieve results within the scheduled timeframe.

8. **Communication skills**: The role involves working with team of analysts. It is crucial that they have exceptional writing and verbal communication skills to perform their job duties and manage others.

9. **Languages**: Spanish, English.

10. Excel and Power Point advanced.
