**Requirements**:

- ISO9001:2015 (Development, Implementation, audit, maintenance and upgrading).
- IATF 16949:2016 (Development, Implementation, audit, maintenance and upgrading).
- Automotive Core Tools
- Understanding of Customer Specific Requirements.
- Calibration Management
- Internal Auditor
- Lead Auditor (Desirable)
- SAP (Desirable).
- Green or Black Belt (Desirable)
- Lean Manufacturing (Desirable)
- Supplier evaluation
- Lead a ‘correct at source’ and problem solving methodology (Lean). Lead the team to achieve quality targets for customers and business goals.
- Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, error proofing
- Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System
- Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
- Develop quality-process links with customers inline with the Quality Management system (including: IATF16949, ISO 9001/ ISO 14000 & OHAS 18001 is prefered.)

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years in automotive companies (Tier 1 is preferred)
- At least 2 years leading Quality Systems.

**Education**:

- Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or other related).
