Monitoring Centre Operator

As a Monitoring Centre Operator will be on charge of the alarm control, video, security personnel and emergency services, monitoring and protection people and sites.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to alarms to implement procedures.
- Be alert to suspicious activity that could lead to affectation.
- Carefully handles and follows localized security systems and devices localized and on-site security facilities.
- Detect and report technical failures supported by the available tools.
- Ensure calm, fast and timely response by channeling information to internal response teams, as well as the elements of state control or emergency care.

**Qualifications**
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient digital literacy including management office tools.
- Ability to pass training imposed by state or other law qualifications for the operation of monitoring centers.
- Having basic courses in technological means, physical security or related resources required by the monitoring center.
