**Responsabilidades**:
- Darle seguimiento al equipo asignado al lanzamiento para que se tenga un sentido de pertenencia y responsabilidad de las actividades de las áreas funcionales en el arranque.
- Ser la interfaz entre el equipo simultaneo “SDT” y el equipo asignado al lanzamiento para alcanzar los objetivos del programa en tiempo, costo, calidad y manufacturabilidad.
- Identificar los riesgos de programa, lecciones aprendidas y trabajar en las acciones correctivas para mitigar sus efectos con el equipo de lanzamientos.
- Gestionar las actividades para el cumplimento del 0-0-0-100-90 de cada proyecto a partir del SOP.
- Cumplir las actividades en tiempo con el personal de las diferentes áreas de soporte de la Planta (Materiales, Calidad, Ingeniería, producción) en conjunto con equipo de Centro Técnico (Calidad Avanzada y Manufactura Avanzada).
- Administrar cambios de ingeniería con equipo de planta siguiendo en tiempo y forma Check List y Matriz de Cambios de Ingeniería.
- Coordinar puntos de quiebre en conjunto con equipo de materiales para implementar cambios con cero obsolescencias.
