Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings - carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring successful delivery and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead ServiceNow module implementation and configuration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.
- Perform quality assurance and validation of platform changes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Manage integrations with third-party systems.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and workflows.
- Experience with integrations and data migration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced module expertise: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine Studio

**Experience**
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong ITIL and digital transformation background.
- Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects.

**Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ITIL V3/V4, Scrum Master Certification or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
