Supplier Quality Specialist - WD30139822049 *** What you will do: Review the quality performance of our suppliers and feedback at them in case of wrong goods to obtain correctives and preventives actions to convert them on better suppliers and this don’t delay our production lines. Supervises Incoming material in order to assure compliance ASME, PED, JCI Standards, and all purchase order specifications. How you will do it: - Plan and coordinate PAPSO program - Coordinate MQR with suppliers not meeting our goals and JCI Global Quality Suppliers personnel. - Create and follow SMRR to Suppliers for defective material. - Create and follow Chargeback to Suppliers for defective material. - Elaborates Scoreboards with our principal suppliers, follows up corrective actions generated to our suppliers. - Reviews rejected material to suppliers. - Updates critical and reliable suppliers list. - Supports the collection and analysis of data related to supplier quality - Elaborate report to Material Rejected warehouse and take actions to decrease it. - Comply with Quality Requirements defined in ASME Manual & all defined in quality documented information. - Coordinate Vendors Process audits - Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter. - Ensure applicable activities that help achieve EHS, Quality & JCMS goals and metrics. - Participate in EHS, Quality & JCMS observations program. - Ensure EHS, Quality & JCMS goals and metrics are established in GPAS for all employees. - Keep the areas clean and tidy, maintaining the 5’s standards **Qualifications** What we look for: - Bachelor (Mechanical / Industrial or mechatronics) degree. - English > 80 %. - Minimum of three years of experience in statistics, continues improvement, negotiations, samples, etc. - Three or more years of direct project management experience. - Able to lead and direct diverse teams, like teamwork a plus. - Able to travel up to 50% of the time, strong personal - Computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc. “Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion” Additional Information Overtime Status: Exempt **Job** Quality & Continuous Improvement **Primary Location**MX-Durango-Durango **Organization** Bldg Technologies & Solutions
