We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Business Analyst

**Job summary**

Looking for Consultants with experience as Business Analyst and Scrum Masters to join our team. As a Business Analyst this means creating high-quality client deliverables and taking ownership (with supervision) of producing client content and meeting client expectations developing an expertise in your functional area including obtaining certifications contributing to Client Satisfaction and/or RFPs supporting leadership and contributing to content development for service offerings

Excellent Communicator and must be master at articulation.

Responsible for providing oversight in the key areas of upholding and facilitating Scrum Principles sprint and release planning deployment planning communication and reporting and agile process improvements and standards.

Collaboration with the Client leadership team for upcoming initiatives to help define plan and position teams for success in a proactive manner.

Single point of contact for the Client development team

Delivery oversight scope management & risk mitigation

Ensure cross-team alignment and cohesion.

Create and manage the Team Sprint board for Client Product Roadmap

Remove the impediments for the dev team.

Create and manage the progress of PBIs.

Facilitate estimation sessions

Attend meetings for support and coordination functions.

6+ years in delivery of business outcomes of increasing responsibility including at least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master

3 years of healthcare insurance experience

Qualification

Bachelors or masters degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience

5-7 years of Business Analyst experience

2 + years of experience working in Media industry

Strong business background with the ability to facilitate business asks into business outcomes while working with scrum teams.

Experience translating business asks into requirements and user stories

Experience effectively working with development teams to deliver business outcomes

Experience validating business asks through user acceptance testing.

Experience working with UML API based architecture and using Swagger

Demonstrated experience problem solving and developing products from scratch

Ability to handle ambiguity and white space.
