**Lo que necesitas saber**
- 1 a 2 años en soporte técnico de primer nível N1 a usuarios VIP en aplicativos (CRM, ERP, BI, Oracle, Dynamics, SAP, etc) apertura de tickets y canalización de reportes al área de desarrollo.
- Sentido de urgencia, atención a requerimientos, adecuado manejo de usuarios finales de áreas de negocio.
- 1 a 2 años en conocimiento de Sistemas Operativos Microsoft Windows 8, 10, 11, M365, Linux (GNOME, KDE, Cinnamon, etc) Android, IOS. Manejo de SQL (consultas, triggers, store, jumps, etc).
- Muy deseable: conocimiento de algún lenguaje de programación como: C, C#, PHP, Java, Python, Net, etc.
- Conocimientos básicos a intermedios de redes (enfocado en problemas de conectividad o de acceso en equipos desktop)
- 1 a 2 años de experiência en plataformas ITSM de tickets como: Service Now, Remedy, Jira, trello, etc. y herramientas de acceso remoto como: teamviewer, anydesk, remoteviewer, escritorio remoto de Windows, etc.
- Documentación de procesos, memorias, descripción de incidencias, levantamiento de tickets, etc, Ideal conocimiento o apego a ITIL, COBIT, ISO, etc.
