About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage client accounts and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone with a solid background in CPA firms and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee accounting for multiple U.S.based clients
- Review and clean up financial statements and reports before delivery
- Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
- Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and insights
- Ensure all client deliverables meet accounting standards and deadlines
- Support audit prep and internal coordination with tax teams

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Previous experience working in a CPA firm (required)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)

Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
Remote job in Mexico
Monthly Gross Salary: 35,000 MXN
