DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Financial Analyst (M/F/d) to provide support to our internal business teams. You will be a central point of contact for finance and project management queries.

Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators. From personalized music playlists to exclusive podcasts, from livestreams to artist merch, we’re innovating at some of the most exciting intersections of music and culture. Amazon Music delights customers worldwide across multiple tiers of service (ad-supported, Prime, and Amazon Music Unlimited).

Key job responsibilities
- Level 1 support for project management tool for Music marketing and content teams
- Perform data analysis and suggest process improvements based on the data collected
- Support project reporting to leadership
- Prepare and maintain user documentation and internal SOPs
- Perform data validation tasks and ensure marketing and content teams adhere to standard process flows
- Collaborate with various internal teams (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve any issues and queries

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Previous experience in finance and/or project management
- Very good communication skills with a strong customer service focus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Any of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese
