Supply Chain Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize process efficiency and productivity. In addition, they play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy, collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Determine key supply chain KPIs.
- Suggest solutions for process improvements, identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Manage, train, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback to the Supply Chain Team.
- Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine the best vendors and distributors, build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Analyze, recommend exceptions for, and implement changes to plans and distribution strategies to support in-stock goals and capacity issues.
- Ensure on-time initial allocation for new store installations.
- Plan sales, forecast appropriate inventory levels by SKU, revise forecasts and inventory purchases to maintain optimum inventory flow.
- Manage and maintain department financial forecasts. (OTB/rolling forecast)
- Develop and provide appropriate business analysis to influence future purchases and assortment strategies.
- Manage Swyft, third-party, and client distribution centers.
- Provide initial and future order quantities to the appropriate group for P.O.
- Participate in department projects to improve systems, processes, and procedures, and/or efficiencies.
- Supporting the Customer Success and Operations teams with reports, projects, and initiatives
- Requirements and qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for 5 years
- 5 years buying, planning, and/or allocation experience preferred
- BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field
- Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results
- Ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions, to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong technical and systems skills NetSuite, Data studio, Google Suite, and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, strong listening, written, and oral communication skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, Team player, Good time-management skills
