Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities. **Responsibilities**: - Coordinate the development of content and training strategies that allow the continuous updating and consolidation of the educational offer through the promotion of the financial and economic culture between the different segments of the population. - Coordinate the design and implementation of the educational strategies of the area for the promotion of the financial and economic culture. - Coordinate the detection of needs, the design and implementation, as well as the social and educational approach to update and innovate the educational offer, according to the different segments of the population. - Design and actuate the strategies and methodologies of classroom training, direct and in cascade to ensure the development of financial and economic skills in children, young people and adults, business people, entrepreneurs and organizations of civil society, in favor of their welfare. - Design and/or validation of the content for materials, training and channels of knowledge offers to contribute to personal welfare, family and community. - Design and consolidate models of intervention toward: children, young people, adults, entrepreneurs and business, collaborators and clients **Qualifications**: - Min 5-8 years of relevant experience **Education**: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
