As a **Continuous Improvement Intern **at **Kellogg**. **You will be responsible of Supporting the Operations and Continuous Improvement team in various projects, by identifying opportunities, managing information, documenting processes, and contributing with fresh new ideas of improvement.

In your role as **CI Intern**, you will be part of our success by:
- Supporting the Operations and Production tam through Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Participate in Lean and optimization projects
- Contribute with the control and costs of the area
- Report and control processes

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in** Continuous Improvement**, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:
- University student in industrial engineering or related
- Have at least one year of university left
- Advanced English
- Intermediate/advaced Excel
- Strong communication skills and being detail oriented.
- Proactivity and Initiative
- Nimble learning

- Extended working hours may sometimes be required.
