**The role**:
As a Senior Manager for Products and Platforms on the Regional Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce (MSE) team you will be responsible for supporting our North American Operating Companies with their Marketing Technology solutions within Nestle. You will play an important leadership role across the MSE space to evolve the team and to generate more business value through technology. You will provide leadership, guidance, and management to achieve team objectives. You will contribute to scaling Sales innovation initiatives across our North America businesses by influencing leaders and building North America-wide business cases. You will manage team priorities, tasks, escalations, and the quality of our delivery within Marketing Technology. You will be responsible for resource planning and management within your assigned budget. You will ensure the regional deployment plans are adhered to, escalating issues to our third-party partners and/or to the business as appropriate to ensure timely delivery and end-user satisfaction.
- Leader of marketing technology team responsible for people leadership, enablement of martech capabilities for NA OpCos, accountable for day-to-day tech operations and strategic leadership for future roadmap.
- Proactive support/sustain of existing tech powering marketing.
- Strategic evolution of martech landscape to bring future capabilities to our markets.
- Increase value delivered to our businesses through MSE portfolio - Influence global portfolio to benefit North America ; bring OpCo driven initiatives to scale across region or global.
- People management of team and close oversight of team’s day to day activities.
- Bring thought leadership of marketing technology - build team and stakeholder’s knowledge in this area.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of combined experience in both business and technology
- 5+ years of management experience (project or resource)
- Worked on a wide range of marketing technologies
- Websites - Drupal, Magento/Adobe Commerce
- Consumer data ecosystem - CIAM, CDPs, Ad Tech
- Consumer Experiences - Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other, Sprinklr
- Consumer Engagement Services - Salesforce Service Cloud, Amazon Connect
- Nice to Have: GenAI, AI & automation
