Responsible for monitoring Finance Applications Jobs and Processes and trouble shooting them in case of failures on both On-Prem and Cloud environment
**What will your job look like?**:
- Trouble shooting Finance Apps Jobs and Process failures and taking lead to resolve them
- Provide Operational support like Stopping/Starting Finance Apps Jobs and Processes during maintenance of environments/servers on both On-Prem and Cloud environment
- Review Deployment guide and provide Deployment support for new projects related to Finance Apps
- Lead complex production issues, coordinate with several teams and drive the issues to resolution
- Help with documentation of production processes and procedures, job guides and aides
**All you need is...**:
- Proven experience in Linux-
- Linux scripting languages (Shell or Bash)-
- 3 -5 years experience with Relational DB (Oracle/SQL / MySQL or similar)-
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written-
- Flexible with timing, shift can be from 8AM-5PM or 12PM-9PM. Willing to work on shifts on weekends, once every 3 to 4 weeks (Roster is prepared in advance)**Nice to have**- IT Operations and Production support - Highly desire-
- TWS (Tivoli Work Scheduler) or any other similar scheduler - Highly desire-
- ETL framework - Highly desire-
- Teradata or Snowflake or Vertica or Oracle Golden Gate - Highly desire-
- Prior experience or exposure to Mainframe environment - Highly desire-
- Able to work independently, coach/mentor junior team members, talk to clients, address questions, concerns and drive issues to a closure-
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly-
- Azure experience and certification-
- Prior experience in working with NiFi Ingestion /Kiba**Why you will love this job**:
