_**PROJECT ENGINEER**_

**FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Especificar, adquirir e implementar nuevas herramientas de moldeo por inyección para nuestros sitios en China.
- Interactuar con el equipo de diseño de productos para revisar y proporcionar comentarios sobre los diseños de piezas relacionados con la capacidad de moldeo, la calidad y el costo.
- Preparar estimaciones para nuevas herramientas y cambios de diseño.
- Desarrollar y/o actualizar especificaciones de herramientas para el proceso de RFQ.
- Trabajar con proveedores de herramientas para probar y aprobar nuevos productos.
- Coordinar la entrega de herramientas a los lugares de fabricación.
- El diseño/construcción de nuevas piezas a través de PPAP o FAI.
- Liderar los equipos de inspección/calidad para garantizar que las piezas de plástico se inspeccionen correctamente utilizando el equipo y los métodos apropiados. Asegúrese de que las herramientas de moldeo por inyección produzcan piezas que se ajusten al 100 % dimensionalmente al dibujo de ingeniería.
- Participe con el equipo de producto en la creación y tolerancia de los dibujos en 2D desde el punto de vista de las herramientas y el moldeo por inyección.
- Establecer métodos de prueba de campo y métodos para monitorear la calidad de esas pruebas.

**Requisitos para el puesto**:
5 years of experience working in plastic injection molding industry

Experience in project planning and management

Implementing APQP programs

Knowledge in injection process of plastic parts

Transfer of new products

Organization and administration.

Work under pressure.

Customer service

Advanced English.
