Performance Marketing Finance Intern

**Team Overview**:
Our Performance Marketing team is looking for a high-performing, fresh and passionate intern that will support team projects and initiatives in finance for Spanish Speaking Latam.

**Role Responsibilities**:
Provide support to the invoicing process related to marketing, ensuring all invoices are tracked. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate end month accruals. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. Assists in vendor and client enrollment, purchases, and account payables process. Keep a good communication with the stakeholders to ensure the creation of the Blanket PO´s on time.

**Role Qualifications**:
Currently last year in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant related. Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles. Good analytical Skills. Self-motivated and detail oriented. Dynamic person that can work with multiple teams in other countries. Proficiency in Spanish and English (is a must). Organized and meticulous Demonstrate initiative in day to day activities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills. Having knowledge working with databases, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools is a plus not a must. Having knowledge of paid media or the digital marketing landscape is a plus not a must.
