**_ Management trainee - Accounting Specialist_**

**_ _**

**_ Responsibilities_**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Prepare and post manual journal entries (e.g., provisions and accruals)._**

**_ _**

**_Prepare and upload daily exchange rates._**

**_ _**

**_Reconcile bank statements and clear open items._**

**_ _**

**_Reconcile balance sheet accounts._**

**_ _**

**_Perform and ensure month-end close tasks are completed accurately and on time._**

**_ _**

**_Prepare and present balance sheet variance analysis to the client’s Controller._**

**_ _**

**_Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are properly documented, updated, and approved by the client._**

**_ _**

**_Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with SOPs and client policies._**

**_ _**

**_Identify and implement process improvements._**

**_ _**

**_Prepare and deliver training for new team members._**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_ Minimum Requirements:_**_._**

**_Fluency in both Spanish and English._**

**_ _**

**_Experience using SAP._**

**_ _**

**_Proficient with Excel (including formulas and pivot tables)._**

**_Preferred Qualifications:_**

**_Experience working with North American or Latin American markets._**
