**Transformation Project Manager**:
**Main Purpose**
This role is going to be part of the organization and will lead the agenda to track and manage the interview, survey, monitoring, and the analysis for the adoption’s KPIs for different Global Programs. The analyses delivered include adoption, participation, deployment vs post-deployment enhancements, and change management. The role will be responsible for managing the global adoption strategy and effectively deploying survey across sectors.
**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- Develop, lead, and coordinate the change adoption strategy globally across sectors.
- Build global templates defining survey, timeline, communication plan, tools, and monitoring Dashboards.
- Manage and own the tolls required to manage the E2E process (e.g. Alchemer and Power BI).
- Responsible to define and coordinate the effort to improve the process maturity.
- Support the Market leader and global program teams to localize the templates.
- Coordinate the global and markets leaders to effectively deliver survey and monitor results.
- Establish and govern the E2E model to track and monitor the Adoption KPIs with key stakeholders.
- Work with Market leader to identify risk and issues.
- Build and lead presentations with Global Programs Leads to review Survey results. Own and follow up action plan to continue supporting the adoption strategy.
- Develop insight & analytics.
Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirement**
- Minimum 5 years of experience. in Change and Project Management background. Ability to develop and execute Change Management/Adoption strategies and plans.
- Advanced English is required.
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn and willing change track. Good listener, collaborative and proactive.
- PowerBI is required. Strong knowledge of Data Analytics Ability to design and develop Reports and Dashboard for the executive stakeholders, transform row data into meaningful insight.
- COMMUNICATION & INFLUENCE: Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling verbal & written communication.
- INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS: Assess survey questions, formats, response types, and drive insight from responses and recipient profiles.
