Descripción y detalle de las actividades

Develop, manage, and maintain the Master Production Schedule to ensure alignment with customer delivery commitments, internal capacity, and revenue objectives.

Lead cross-functional “Clear to Build” meetings with Purchasing and Program Management to verify material availability, identify risks, and support adherence to the production schedule.

Continuously monitor inventory exposure and production status to proactively identify and mitigate shortages, delays, and supply chain disruptions.

Conduct material status reviews, analyze detailed MRP reports, and initiate rescheduling actions as necessary to ensure accurate planning and material availability.

Collaborate with Materials, Purchasing, and senior leadership (including VP/GM) to address production issues, resolve constraints, and maintain operational alignment.

Lead weekly revenue meetings to track order fulfillment, monitor production progress, and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of production and planning reports to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

Conduct daily meetings with production department leaders to review progress, identify bottlenecks, and support continuous production flow.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing scheduling systems, improving material flow, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Maintain visibility and oversight of work order management, including coordination with the warehouse for timely kitting and material readiness.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent
- Experience. 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production planning and scheduling.
- Proven experience in project or program management within a manufacturing or production setting. -Background in production operations and work order execution.
- Experience in stockroom management, including generating and managing work orders for material kitting.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
