Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Supervisar la correcta ejecución de las tareas de análisis e inspección y optimizar los recursos humanos, materiales y tecnológicos disponibles en las áreas de inspección de Control de Calidad. En ambos turnos de trabajo.
- Gestionar equipos de trabajo, resolución de problemas y habilidades específicas de las diferentes posiciones del departamento de Control de Calidad.
- Mejorar la eficiencia operativa del departamento de Control de Calidad.
- Fomentar un ambiente laboral positivo del Departamento de Control de Calidad.
- Experto en la implementación de principios de gestión eficiente y en el aprovechamiento de toma de decisiones basadas en los datos y resultados
- Generar cambios en las formas, rutas, procedimientos y documentos de uso, a fin de agilizar los procesos de inspección y análisis.
- Facilitar la coordinación de tareas entre turnos de trabajo y con otros departamentos.
- Auditar el cumplimiento
- Establecer Indicadores de desempeño en las diferentes posiciones de su área de responsabilidad, a fin de medir adecuadamente los rendimientos.

Experiência y requisitos

**Experiência**:

- ** Experiência en empresas de alimentos**.
- Experiência mínima comprobable de 4 años en supervisión de calidad
- Con experiência en control estadístico de proceso y/o herramientas de control estadístico avanzado.
- En análisis fisicoquímicos.

**Requisitos y Habilidades**:

- Ingeniero Químico Industrial, Bioquímico Industrial, Químico En Alimentos
- Bilingüe (español/Inglés), (Lectura y Conversación a nível técnico).
- Con habilidades de liderazgo, manejo de personal, resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo y coordinación con departamentos.
- Conocimiento de Legislación alimentaria.

- Conocimiento de Office.
