- Lead regional operational excellence: Oversee all project deliveries across a 20-30 member team, ensuring top-tier results in quality, cost, and timelines.
- Empower and develop leaders: Take charge of the career advancement, succession planning and overseeing of people managers and teams through training, mentoring and job rotation.
- Foster creativity and innovation and streamline operations: Advocate for outstanding methods, technology, and automation to improve team efficiency and prioritization.
- Develop positive relationships with customers, boost business development, and support cross-departmental career growth opportunities.
- Risk and governance leadership: Proactively coordinate risk management, facilitate succession planning for key positions, and work together to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and involvement.

- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer management abilities
- Proven experience leading large teams and handling complex programs or portfolios
- Adaptability and self-motivation in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
- Demonstrated critical thinking and organizational change capability

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business, management and/or technical field
- PMP or similar qualifications along with an MBA or equivalent experience are preferred
- Fluency in English (C1 level) is essential
