We help our clients attack their ambitious business goals, solve skills shortage issues, and become innovative by building Dedicated Software Development Teams in Mexico, Canada, the U.S.A., and Ukraine and providing on-demand IT project resources to complete required skills on their in-house teams.
We are looking for an experienced **QA Manager** to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. If you have a strong background in QA processes, automation, and release management, we’d love to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Build and maintain an automated testing infrastructure from scratch.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality from the ground up.
Become fluent in the product, domain, and lab automation processes.
Manage the release cycle, combining multiple features into a single release and making the final call on build readiness.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
