We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator.

- Functional objectives:

- 1. Ensure shipments are processed within established deadlines and with correct documentation._
- 2. Process all requested shipping orders._
- Is responsible for:

- _Ensure that all shipments are carried out efficiently, correctly, on time, and safely, optimizing available resources and guaranteeing customer satisfaction through effective logistics and precise supply chain management._
- _Process all orders required by the customer service department._
- _Ensure the preparation/consolidation of all products for dispatch._
- _Coordinate all shipments to customers._
- _Ensure that all shipments comply with regulations and documentation requirements according to customer requirements._
- _Oversee the storage and handling of finished products to prevent damage and loss._
- _Inform Customer Success and internal departments about the status of shipments._
- _Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to the shipping team and ensure they are carried out efficiently._
- _Develop and update procedures to improve efficiency and consistency in shipping operations._
- _Schedule and maintain constant communication with forwarders and customs brokers when the operation requires it. Confirm order details received from Customer Success, ensuring that the information is accurate and complete._
- _Monitor product packaging to ensure they are adequately protected during transport._
- _Monitor the loading of products during transport to ensure loading plans and safety procedures are followed._
- _Report any quality issues and take necessary corrective action._
- _Prepare and maintain detailed records related to each shipment for future reference and audits._
- _Follow up on customer complaints (undershipments, wrong parts, etc.) and implement poka-yoke and corrective actions._
- _Understand the quality policy and quality objectives._
- _Perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with the documented quality system._
- _Recommend and implement improvements to activities and processes within the quality system._
- _The functions listed above are illustrative, but not limiting._
- Education and professional knowledge:

- _Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or similar field._
- _A minimum of one year of prior experience in a shipping coordinator position or similar role in the logistics and transportation field is required._
- Functional, technical and individual competences required:

- _Knowledge of SAP ERP or similar_
- _Data analysis and processing_
- _Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel)_
- _Advanced English_
- _Adobe PDF_
- _Good interpersonal skills for teamwork_
- _Collaboration and communication skills to identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively and efficiently_
