**Project Specialist**:

Working as a vital member of the Project Execution team in Electrification in San Luis Potosí, México, you will be assisting project managers to coordinate and execute projects and effectively communicating appropriate project information and customer feedback to internal project stakeholders. In this role you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

**This position reports to**:
Customer Support Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Analyzing planned versus actual performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager.
- Gathering technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals and project reviews.
- Updating project cost adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in relevant Project Controls systems.
- Monitoring, controlling, and releasing requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager.
- Controlling project documentation accuracy and consistency, in line with procedures.
- Developing your project management skills while working alongside project managers, engineers, technicians and support teams.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
- Knowledge of process flows.
- 2 years of experience in related positions.
- Excel (knowledge to make pivot tables).
- Basic SAP, ERP notion.
- Intermediate English level.
