**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or Business Administration

Minimum 3 years' experience as a warehouse and shipping manager. 100% PARCEL SERVICE

**Responsibilities**:
Shipment routing (Mexican Republic)

Direct attention to manufacturing and distribution areas.

Warehouse and inventory control

Coordination and follow-up of transport orders

Personnel administration

Personnel management

Good storage practices.

Ensure the best possible service to our customers.

Maintain operational discipline by monitoring key processes daily, weekly, or monthly.

Track objectives and tasks to ensure overall last-mile success.

Deeply analyze available metrics to determine first-level root causes.

Ability to manage, complete, or request performance reports and dashboards for key metrics.

Ensure all improvements and action plans are executed efficiently and on time.

Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective manner.

ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a 100% PARCEL warehouse.

Mon-Sun schedule availability (schedule availability).

Excel (dynamic tables, databases, dashboards).

Freight cost control.

Unit volumes from 1.2 ton to 5 tons.

SAP management (WM/IM material management module, administration, query, and reporting).

EVENING shift availability (SHIFT ROLE).

ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH

Inventory control

Operation of raw material, finished product, and finished product movements.

Warehouse and shipping process management.

Inventory control.

Lead receiving and shipping.

Plan the logistics strategy.
