We are looking for a **Customer Service Representatives **to provide customer assistance **WORKING FROM HOME.**

A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Training will be ON SITE during 4 weeks.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls - inbound campaign
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability from 7AM to 9PM
- 6 months in Call Center positions
**Salary & Benefits**:

- $13,200 Base salary for 48 Hours per week
- $3,000 Performance bonus
- 2 days off
- Schedule availability 7:00am - 9:00pm

- Permanent placement position / Direct hire

**Salary**: $13,000.00 - $16,200.00 per month

- Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
