Tasks Analyze the opportunities for continuous improvement and support innovation in all areas of the organization. Identifying, reducing and / or eliminating sources of variation and waste through the Lean Six Sigma methodology and the principles of Lean/Kaizen/CBS (Continental Business System) to achieve business objectives Motivate the plant to further follow the standards provided and to implement CBS in all areas of responsibility Promote in a sustainable way the Lean/CBS culture through training of supported methods, moderation of workshops, execution of projects and coaching of the plant Support the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of systems and standards responsibilities such as Standard Work, Visual Management, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Gemba Management, Kanban, Deviation Management, SMED, Problem Solving, Six Sigma and Process Mapping. Ensure the successful conclusion of improvement projects by coaching and support.
