Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Client Time Zone: EST)
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a reliable and professional **Customer Service Representative** to join our growing support team. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and assist in resolving issues related to our products and services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and is looking to grow within a supportive and goal-driven team.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle product questions, order updates, and support tickets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues
- Uphold high service standards and meet individual performance KPIs
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or e-commerce preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable using tools like Gorgias, Shopify, or Zendesk (preferred but not required)
- High-speed internet and a quiet work environment
- Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable
