**Job Objective**:
The Senior Engineering Assistant will support the design and manufacturing process teams by providing technical assistance, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between departments. This role will require an in-depth understanding of engineering processes, design standards, and metalworking techniques to help improve design accuracy, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and modifying designs and technical drawings.
- Maintain and organize technical documentation and project files.
- Help identify areas for process improvement and support efforts to enhance efficiency.
- Provide technical support during production to ensure proper implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to address issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation of prototypes and participate in testing and validation.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in processes and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Technical degree or relevant experience in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within the metal-mechanical industry
- Experience in SolidWorks and basic manufacturing processes.
- Advanced level of English
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple tasks.
