- Technical Skills

Knowledge of automation software and hardware (Siemens, ABB, Fanuc), as well as knowledge of electrification lines: Electronics, Motors, Transformers, Batteries

- Support in analysis of Customer Rejections and Complaints
- Direct activities to support areas to improve quality metrics (FTT&RTY, SCRAP, Contamination, etc.)
- Create and ensure compliance with the Control Plan, monitoring the results of laboratory tests and, if necessary, activate the Reaction Plan.
- Ensure adherence and compliance with the Key Unifying Process (KUP)
- Ensure 0/100 (0 injuries, 0 defects, 100% flow) of the process. (Constraint, FTT, JPH, BTS “Production Counts”)
- Responsible for creating corrective actions for the processes (ICA / PCA) through trend graphs
- Support with maintenance engineer in the correct management of the work equipment budget (consumables)
- Management of Personal Protective Equipment to avoid misuse or excess consumption of items
- Coordination with Maintenance of maintenance/integral control activities in accordance with the business plan (shutdown, scheduled stops, etc.)
- Ensures the correct administration of the continuous improvement system (Ideas, Kaizen), as well as its capture and recognition of staff. Analyzes and approves the viability of ideas.
- Ensures a stable work environment based on organizational behaviors and values, Team Leader - Work Team (Technicians and Operators) - Plant - Union.
- Available to shifts rotation (weekends, night shifts and holidays)
