Quality Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Compliance Assurance**: Ensure adherence to all legal safety requirements and standards, promoting a culture of safety across all levels.
**Client Requirement Fulfilment**: Collaborate closely with clients to ensure that their specific quality requirements are met during operations within their facilities.
**ISO Standards Management**: Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, alongside specific client requirements, ensuring our processes are adequately certified and maintained.
**Cross-Departmental Collaboration**: Work effectively with various departments to achieve quality, safety, and continuous improvement objectives, employing a team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
**Continuous Improvement Support**: Provide necessary support to promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organisation, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence.
**Risk Analysis**: Responsible for conducting and/or updating risk assessments, utilising tools such as the RC-09 Risk and Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and AMEF.
**New Employee Training**: Review applicable procedures with newly appointed personnel, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining quality standards.
