_**World Class IT MSP client**_ is looking for a highly skilled _**Senior Systems Engineer**_ to join the Mexico City Team and offer world class support to a diverse network of clients. _**The position based in Mexico City, 100% remote, Full Time (M-F, 8am-5pm cst), **_
- **Strong English written and oral required.**_

**Essential Duties**:

- Support for Network monitoring and management, software deployment, and patching
- Troubleshoot issues on VDIs
- Installing operating systems and service packs
- Assisting with installation and troubleshooting of systems
- Overseeing or assisting in installation of infrastructure hardware
- Azure UAA Administration
- M365 Administration

**Qualifications**
- Active Directory User and Group Management
- Windows Server Management
- VMWare (VSphere, VMotion, deploying VMs to virtual networks, configuring VM for optimum cost, performance & security)
- PowerShell skills
- Networking - OSI Model, TCP/IP, switching, routing, firewall, IDS/IPS
- DHCP/DNS/SMTP
- GPOs skills
- Working knowledge VDI experience
- Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 working knowledge
- Private Cloud Virtualization (Hyper-V)
- Citrix NetScaler a PLUS

**Requirements**:
The minimum experience for this position is 5-7 years

Industry certifications a PLUS (MCSE, CSEP, VMWare, etc)

Previous MSP experience is a strong plus

**Key Skills**
- Active Directory SME / Active directory migration /upgrade, management and administration
- Windows Server Management
- VMware migration / upgrade and administration / VMWare (VSphere, VMotion, deploying VMs to virtual networks, configuring VM for optimum cost, performance & security)
- M365 Administration and Management working knowledge (tenant procurement)
- Azure and cloud working knowledge from design and architect to management and monitoring
- M365 App support (Office, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams)
- PowerShell Scripting

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per month
