**World renowned Cellular Performance Institute looking for a purchasing specialist**

The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for a purchasing specialist responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals, and services required for healthcare operations. This role ensures timely availability of materials while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and budgetary requirements.

We are considered by many to be the world’s premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Accounting, Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in hospital purchasing or related healthcare sectors.
- Efficient management of purchasing processes and inventory control.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage and maintain supplier relationships.
- Experience using electronic purchasing platforms and financial reporting tools.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive mindset with effective communication skills and a strong results-oriented approach.
- 100% bilingual, both written and spoken.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for medical supplies, equipment, consumables, and services in accordance with organizational needs.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including purchase orders, contracts, and pricing agreements, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, delivery schedules, and service levels with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with clinical, laboratory, pharmacy, administrative, and finance teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, tracking performance, lead times, and quality, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, quality standards, and traceability requirements.
- Utilize electronic procurement platforms and financial reporting tools to track purchases, analyze costs, and support budget control and decision-making.
- Review and reconcile supplier invoices with purchase orders to ensure delivery completion, resolve discrepancies, and support accurate payments.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports to support audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier optimization.
- Organize and prioritize multiple purchasing activities effectively, maintaining accuracy while working under tight deadlines and operational pressure.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align purchasing activities with operational and organizational objectives.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm

**Salary**:

- $31,081.20 MXN gross monthly.
