Assisting in the management of developmental activity for team members and manage their work schedules to ensure optimum coverage for stakeholders. Seek continuous improvements in efficiency of service provision and cost effectiveness of operations. **Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities** - Ensuring that the information available in the portfolio management systems is reliable and timely. - Assignment and monitoring of trades and transactions until their settlement. - Investment Restrictions Coding and Monitoring. - Monitoring the different Controls in order to maintain them updated and valid. - Reconciliations (Cash and Holdings). - Problem Solving. - Process enhancement.
