**I.** **Competences required to perform the job**
- Leadership / Motivation / Recognition Skills
- TRESS
- SAP
- Office Suite
- Measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial gauges
- Can work under harsh environment such as dirty places and may be hot surfaces
- General Competences: communication, conflict resolution, team work.

**II.** **Education**:

- Engineering Bachelor’s degree Desired in:

- Mechanics, Electric, Electronic, Robotics, Industrial Eng.
- High School with Scientific Molding Qualifications and at least 3 years experience in Molding Areas
