**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s website search engine rankings.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.
- Closely collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are followed adequately throughout the website content.
- Work with the editorial team to drive SEO in content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to manage and align the SEO strategy.
- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new relevant keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Create and execute a link-building strategy.
- Adjust website architecture, content, and linking to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
- Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools like Google Analytics to understand SEO strategy performance.

**Qualifications And Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or work-related experience
- Minimum of two years experience in SEO/SEM
- Proven track record of successful SEO and SEM campaigns
- Experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, and optimizing web content
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Understanding of SEO best practices and algorithm updates

**Basic Requirements**
- **Device Specifications**: Intel i5 processor or higher with a minimum of 8GB RAM
- **Equipment**: Webcam, speakers, and a microphone or headphones
- **Internet Speed**: Minimum of 100Mbps with a backup connection in case of outages
