Blackwood Administrative Solutions is looking for a **remote medical professional** (MD, Nurses, Dental, Psychology degrees preferred) to support clinics based in San Diego with **administrative tasks, documentation, transcriptions, and translations**. The position is remote and based **in our office located in Zona Río, Tijuana.** A strong command of medical terminology in both English and Spanish is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and organize medical records and diagnoses
- Schedule surgeries and medical appointments
- Assist and guide patients regarding their symptoms and procedures
- Maintain effective communication with physicians and clinic staff
- Provide general administrative support related to medical consultations

Experiência y requisitos

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English (minimum 70% verbal and written communication)
- Previous experience in administrative roles within clinics or medical offices (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach with patients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and electronic medical records (EMRs)
