**QA Automation Engineer - Mobile (iOS & Android)**
**Location**: Avenida Santa Fe, Mexico City (across from La Mexicana Park)
**Work Modality**: On-site
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
**Base Salary**: 35,000 MXN net per month
**Quarterly Bonus**: Based on performance
**Meal & Grocery Vouchers**: 3,500 MXN per month
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Development and QA teams to define test strategies and scenarios.
- Ensure comprehensive E2E coverage for UI, functional, regression, and smoke testing.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and document defects in detail.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing test frameworks and processes.
- Maintain detailed test documentation and contribute to test planning and quality metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Experience with tools such as Detox, Appium with WebdriverIO, Espresso, or XCUITest.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, Agile environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of cloud device farms (e.g., BrowserStack, SauceLabs).
- Familiarity with performance, security, monitoring, and accessibility testing tools.
- Experience in fintech or other regulated industries.
**Compensation & Benefits**
