**About the role**:
As a Production Leader, you will lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goals while driving operational excellence. You will play a key role in implementing new production lines and ensuring workforce efficiency, contributing directly to Carrier’s mission of delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Production Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

- Meeting and maintaining safety, quality, and production metrics
- Ensuring labor efficiency and productivity across the team
- Leading the implementation of new production lines
- Promoting continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational goals

**Requirements**:
We are looking for people who are results-driven, collaborative, and passionate about manufacturing excellence. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

- Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

- Experience supervising manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
