Join our Customer Service Logistics team as a Quality Coordinator You’ll be responsible for Supervise storage and shipping process to guarantee that all products meet costumer quality expectations and perform regular product evaluations, record inspection results, and recommend improvements for storage and shipping process to ensure quality control.
As an expert you will lead and Support costumer complaints investigations and action plans execution, Support and inspection during packing test, communicate to operations leads quality deviations found during inspections and propose short term actions. This role is located Querétaro, México and offers flexible work models.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Production Plan Supervision and Compliance**: Implement and supervise standards for quality product assurance according to specifications.
**Collaboration**: Coordinate trainings to operations team about quality control to reduce finish product damage.
**Initiative Tracking**: Hold discussions with operations team, coordinating actions to reduce finish product damage, discussing potential changes to implement.
**Business Performance Analysis**: Lead Food Safety system documentation and implementation
We’re Looking for Someone With
IIS, IIA, IQ Bachelor’s Degree
**Desired**: 1-year minimum experience in similar role.
Microsoft Office knowledge.
**English**: intermediate Level
