Influencer Marketing Specialist at BairesDev

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will design and implement an influencer marketing plan that serves our communication goals by building a solid network of endorsers, ensuring coherence and alignment with our brand and business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry

What You Will Do:

- Design and execute the influencer marketing plan for Latam and US markets, working closely with the Marketing and Communications teams.
- Strategically identify influencers for campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
- Develop and foster relationships with key partners, vetting inbound partner calls and carrying out proactive outreach.
- Compile, analyze and interpret KPIs and data to optimize execution and report on campaign performances
- Manage campaign budget, ensuring funds are on track to be spent as planned and communicating needed shifts to partners and influencers.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience creating and implementing influencer marketing strategies.
- 2+ years of work experience in digital marketing.
- Solid networking capacity and experience building stakeholder engagement programs and developing strategic marketing initiatives.
- Previous experience working across key marketing channels, including social media, events, paid media, PR, etc., is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with Advanced English level.
