Job Description

This early career development program provides four 6-month rotational opportunities. Rotations are targeted development roles focused in various functional areas, including:

- Manufacturing Engineering
- Quality Engineering (Supplier Quality, Product Quality and/or Field Quality)
- Manufacturing Operations (small group supervision/people management)

Program associates will contribute to the business goals and growth initiatives through cross-functional, purposeful experiences enhancing professional growth while learning about the entire Integrated Supply Chain organization.

Throughout the two-year program, associates will have:

- develop skills in both data analysis and project management.
- opportunities to participate and lead cross-functional project teams.
- challenging levels of responsibility, accountability, and visibility within the organization.
- exposure to and responsibility for industry leading technology solutions.
- individual training/development and mentoring in a continuous learning environment.

Rotation flexibility is an important component of this Program. This two-year rotation program could include assignments at all Rockwell Automation facilities in Monterrey, Mexico. Each Program associate will perform in a full-time professional capacity throughout each rotation in the program.
