**Objective of job**:

- Implement an order handling process that is on-time and handled in an orderly manner

**Principle activities**:

- Set up price sheets (customer prices) for external accounts payable
- Manage the price database (e.g. set up new parts; manage prices; input part numbers, manage customer data, label discontinued parts, etc.); input customer price agreements; check and prepare error lists for sales management
- Input delivery releases (LAB)
- Correct errors in the LABs; implement appropriate measures in cooperation with departments (e.g. sales, production planning, etc.)
- Set up external orders (e.g. customer orders, etc.) and internal orders (e.g. production network, subcontracting, etc.); define LABs; input new LABs; adjust part numbers
- Set up finished product masters in Host format 19/21
- Set up price sheets, taking into account previous prices/estimated prices for customers in the credit process/invoicing (e.g. cancel orders, add account assignments/unloading locations, etc.)
- Check missing data lists and implement corrective actions

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in administration, business, industrial or similar.
- Experience 1-2 years
- Language, English intermediate level
