**OBJECTIVE**:Negotiates and Contracts the purchase of raw materials and/or other unprocessed goods for processing, machinery, equipment, tools, parts, other supplies and services necessary for the operation of the Organization.

**1.** Executes the Action Messages (Releasing Purchasing Orders, Expediting, Pushing or Canceling) Suggested by the MRP II System

**2.** Purchases products and/or services in Mexico and the type of purchases are less specialized (example: internal supplies).

**3.**Reviews requisitions, as well as bids, interviewing vendors to obtain information concerning products, prices, guarantees and delivery dates.

**4.**Selects purchase items through several evaluation methods (Best Bid ), formulating detailed RFP’s (Request for Proposals), requesting samples for testing, random sampling incoming materials, Vendor Rating Programs, Vendor Certification, etc.

**5.**Keeps records pertaining to items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance and inventory levels.

**6**.Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the Purchasing Function.

**Profile & Skills**
- **Advanced level of English (90% writing and reading).**:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience Required: 3 year of experience in similar position.
- Experience in a Contract Manufacturer
- Knowledge in SAP or another ERP
- **US Valid Visa (required)**

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
