**Job Description**:

- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish)**Skills Requiered**:

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningFamiliarity with Healthcare and medical insurance practices preferredCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesStrong customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyGood analytical skills and mathematical abilityProficiency with computers, especially with MS Office software, and strong typing skills.**Roles and Responsabilities**
Ensure accurate resolution of transactions and process task as per SOP.

Process Health Insurance information

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics as per SOPs

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Keep records/document interactions as per SOPs

Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.

Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.

Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Attendance and punctuality
