- We are currently looking for an outstanding FP&A manager to support our North America team for the growing mining services business unit of FLSmidth.
- Job scope:
- Assist the North America Finance Leader in scaling the planning, forecasting and reporting to fully enable a centrally managed North America P&L-
- Develop world-class financial processes and standardized analysis across the regional finance team.-
- Establish common tools to analyze P&L profitability (i.e. Monthly dashboards, Order Intake, Revenue and Backlog analysis)-
- Ensure accurate and timely orders and sales reporting at product group / product line level.-
- Develop reporting and ensure data integrity in business intelligence tools (Power BI)-
- Finance business partner to support functions General Managers - Global Capital Sales, Proposals, Strategy, and Technology/R&D/Engineering-
- Cost controlling and headcount monitoring.-
- Work closely with global FP&A and financial controlling teams to monitor costs, orders and revenue across entities-
- Ad-hoc business analysis and financial modelling for investments, portfolio optimization, footprint reductions, etc.- Requirements- 5+ years hands-on experience in Finance Analyst/Manager responsibilities and scope.-
- Previous experience in FP&A role.-
- Previous experience in a global engineering or manufacturing company.-
- Must have proficient hands-on experience with: Power BI (HFM) and Advanced Excel.-
- SQL knowledge a plus. ERP/Consolidation tools implementation experience a plus.-
- Ability to prioritize on competing tasks.-
- Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis.-
- Change agent, lead effort to deploy new processes and tools to the broader finance and product management organization.-
