Buscamos un **Payroll Specialist** para liderar procesos avanzados de nómina y garantizar el cumplimiento normativo en un entorno dinámico y en constante crecimiento. Este rol requiere experiência sólida en nómina, habilidades analíticas y capacidad de trabajar en equipo para optimizar operaciones y colaborar con diferentes áreas.

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- Supervisar y ejecutar procesos completos de cálculo y dispersión de nóminas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de leyes laborales y fiscales, así como gestionar auditorías relacionadas.
- Diseñar y optimizar procesos de nómina en sistemas como Nomipaq y herramientas gubernamentales (SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT).
- Analizar y preparar reportes estratégicos para las áreas contables y administrativas.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para alinear procesos y datos de nómina.
- Atender consultas complejas de empleados relacionadas con nómina y prestaciones.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Contabilidad o áreas afines.
- Más de 4 años de experiência comprobable en procesos de nómina.
- Conocimientos avanzados de Excel, Nomipaq y plataformas como IDSE, SUA e INFONAVIT.
- Experiência en conciliación y análisis estratégico de datos de nómina.
- Inglés avanzado preferible para comunicación interna y con clientes.

**Requerimientos**:

- Residir en México.
- Todo el proceso de contratación debe realizarse desde la computadora desde la cual aplicarás.
- Debes usar una computadora portátil o de escritorio con la que trabajarás, asegurándote de que tenga una cámara funcional.
- Tu dispositivo debe contar con al menos 8 GB de RAM y un procesador Intel Core i3 (4ta generación) o superior. Además, debe operar con Windows 10 o superior, o MacOS 13 o superior.
- Debes tener una conexión a internet de al menos 20 MB de descarga y 5 MB de subida.
- Es necesario que tu computadora tenga un antivirus habilitado.
