Are you an effective multitasker with the ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Support for US & Canada English. In this crucial role, you will support our sales team and ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently managing various tasks and responsibilities.

**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Investigate and resolve customer inquiries**related to product information, order processing, account management, and implementation for the English portfolio, covering all print and digital products.
- Advise customers on product versions and clarify basic product questions.
- Validate ISBN status and redirect customers to new ISBNs where needed.
- Confirm and track customer samples and orders.
- Coordinate multi-team customer service issues to resolve problems.
- Work with customers to determine the correct Cambridge contact and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Validate and process requests for C1 access codes.
- **Work cross-functionally**with colleagues in customer service, credit, tech support, local market teams, etc., to utilize system, process, and product experience to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- **Part of a Sales Team**:work with colleagues in sales to help prospect and close sales, retain customers, and support current customers
- **Work with Customers**: Assist customers in pre-sale and post-sale settings
- **Develop detailed knowledge**of multiple systems, including Zendesk, SalesForce, SAP, intranet, and others as needed.
- **Collaborate with marketing**to develop and support e-commerce storefronts and assist customers with their use.
- **Support basic C1 implementation and troubleshooting**in conjunction with tech support.

You will have previous customer experience and be fluent in English with exceptional communication skills. You will be able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines and prioritise based on business impact.
